Vertex Tower

Vertex Tower is declared Software Technology Park on 7 th April 2022 building is located G.T Road Amankot, STP is offering 14050 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 50PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Balochistan University of Engineering & Technology

BUET Khuzdar was declared as a Software Technology Park on 15th March, 2022. Located at Balochistan University of Engineering &Technology, Kuzdar. The total offered space in this STP is 5570 sq. ft for IT and ITes on PKR. 30. Per sq.ft. PSEB provides multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy and free internet for first the year after declaration. Technical support for the building tenants is also offered by PSEB and a NTA is available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Asia Software Technology Park

Asia Software Technology Park is declared Software Technology Park on 1 st June 2022 building is located on St. # 9, Industrial Area, I-10/3, Islamabad, STP is offering 50000 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 100PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

SALAAR Center (New Garden Town)

Salaar Center is declared Software Technology Park on 1 st June 2022, building is located at main boulevard Garden Town, Barkat Market, Lahore. STP is offering 50000 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 125PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Euro Heights

Euro Heights is declared software Technology Park on 1 st October 2022, building is located at Main G.T road, Opposite to Science College, Gujrat. STP is offering 13959 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 40 PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Bahauddin Zakaria University

Bahauddin Zakariya University is declared software Technology Park on 19 th December 2022, building is located at Bosan road, Multan. STP is offering 5000 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 29 PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Sitara Technopark is declared Software Technology Park on 1 st September 2022, building is located at Canal Road, Peoples Colony, Faisalabad. STP is offering 27723 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 50-60PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration. Technical support for the building tenants will also offered by PSEB and an NTA will be available for 8- 10 hours a day to solve the technical issues of the tenants.

Sialkot Business and Commercial Center is declared Software Technology Park on 23 rd December 2021, building is located at Paris Road adjacent to Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & industries. STP is offering 15276 sq. ft. space for IT and ITes on 40PKR. Per sq.ft. PSEB will provide multiple incentives including 25% rental subsidy for the first year and free internet for first year after Declaration.
