These buildings are IT enabled with seamless connectivity and power backup. IT support will be available by NTA appointed by PSEB.

4 What is the amount of discount being offered in the rent?

STPs under the project of “Establishment of 25 STPs with rental subsidy in Pakistan, Phase-I” are offering 25% rental subsidy in the first year of their establishment along with free internet for the first year of establishment.

5 Would janitorial services be available to tenants for their offices or would they have to keep their own staff?

Janitorial services will be available for the building and companies can take their own janitorial staff for their offices.

6 What will be Billing mechanism?

Billing will be between building management and the tenant, in case of any concern tenants can always reach PSEB at [email protected].

7 Would Technical support services be available?

Technical support will be available onsite Mon- Fri (9:00am to 5:00pm). 24/7/365 remote technical support will be available for the tenants of STPs..
